I know that all phone companies are more interested in your money than you as a customer, but the way T-mobile handled that customer was appalling. Yes you expect a run around with major corporations... or Hunter College. Still, treating her like a dumb bitch and repeating the same shit over and over again as though to make it sink in... I'd report them to the... Better Business Bureau and... Consumer something.

Crap. This is why nothing changes. Consumers aren't told all their rights, they don't ask and when they want to complain, they don't remember where to go!!

Wait... I'm reading about something called the FCRA... and FCDCA. Acronyms are so damn annoying...
