Well. That was wacky.
I need to rewatch this, but I'm rather amused that apparently I tapped into Lee's brain last week. Hee.
Four Cylons, yada yada. Kara pointing the way, okay, yeah, not that hard to guess. But to me the most interesting part of the reveal was the Cylons choosing to stand with the humans - truly the enemy within, now, but with a twist. Within one's self. And how many of the four were thinking of Athena when they made their choice?
Am glad I'd never heard the Dylan song before, because if I had I would have been spoiled for that a long time ago!
And okay, I don't know how this will hold up to repeated rewatch, but at first blush I have to say - a cliffhanger with humor! That's fairly refreshing. Gaius rolling his eyes, the final four humming to each other, using am Earth rock song, and the final psychedelic zoom out... Yeah. Considering I have to wait nine months for my next fix, I'm feeling surprisingly bouncy!
