Last week
crazycrazy
posted a tale of lamb woe and
salvation
. The post made me hungry and gave me a serious case of lamb-envy... so this weekend I did my own rack of lamb. Unfortunately I'm not so artistic at plating:

Ok, my turn this coming weekend then.
If I'd know this was going to turn into a contest, I'd have taken a photo of the nicely rare roast beef I cooked last night.

No no no no. Beef does not lamb make. Cows are too big. Moo.

I meant that I'd do lamb this coming weekend.
I only did roast beef last night as I realized it had been nearly 3 years since I last cooked one.

Eh, I just I meant that your photo, while good, would have been disqualified in this lamb contest.

I only cooked it up last night due to other issues. Photos to follow soon (by Friday), just redoing my web gallery at the moment.
Dijon Mustard/Garlic/Thyme-caked Rolled Lamb Roast, served with Apple-Cider and Spiced Rum Carrots and roasted potatoes.
