Just to prove I'm not a basket case and can be not a drama queen
My aunt surprise called me back and invited me down to Toronto the weekend of the 20th! :D!! It's for a wedding for someone I definitly don't know. BUT all the greek girls are going to be there, I miss them SOOOOO much. I spent two of my young teenage summer's working with them and they never failed to be a blast. PLUS I really miss Vicki and Sean and it would mean so much to me to see them this summer. I've been itching to go down there all year and was VERY dissapointed I backed out when my parents went down. Ah well that's two weekends in a row of family and it's particularly important to go to North Bay since people think I am too good for them or something, :p
I also bought myself and Jenn spa packages, well really I was offered them. So that will be a blast too. It's full out treatment and it was SUPER cheap. She's been a good friend and deserves this after all she's been through and how hard she works to keep herself alive on her own.
Anyways I've been so negative about this B thing that I wanted to post something optimistic. My dad gave me some good inspiration tonight: "Every minute that passes is one minute closer to when he comes home"
OH! and my brother is off his meanstreak and promised me the car for the day B comes home. :D!! I can pick him up in Montreal and drive him home, two hours stuck in a car with the girl who hasn't seen him in a month, he's in trouble! :p I find it rather amusing that he is Lebanese and he is flying home September 11th (read: anniversary of terrorist attacks) Not that I am stereotyping him or any lebs, it's more of an inside joke to us I guess. Power to the lebs! :)
