Well I've been off the market for a long time, but I am officially engaged as of June 28th. Matt and I were in London and had just gotten there Monday morning. We checked into our hotel, walked through Hyde Park and got lunch, ect. We finally made our way to Trafalgar square where Matt said he wanted to take my picture. So i climbed up on Nelson's Column and Matt was on the level below me. He had out the camera, and then kissed me 3 times. Then he said "I've loved every minute of our life together" and got onto one knee and said, "so I was wondering if you would be my wife." I started crying of course and I was so surprised. It's funny because some of my friends were like "Do you think Matt will propose when you're in England? I of course replied, "not a chance, first of all I usually pack EVERYTHING and me and Matt are usually together all the time if we're not working! There is NO way he could get a ring into England without me knowing, NO WAY." I was clearly wrong, I was speechless. I believe my reply was wahhhwahhhhhhhyeswahhhh. I apparently enunciate much better when replying to waitresses. Anyways I'm trying not to plan or think about much planning until I get home. Matt went home Monday because he had to work, and I go home Saturday.
I start work as a Registered Nurse next Monday (yay I passed the boards the first time!) Good things are happening right and left.
I can't believe I'm getting married!!!!
And now for the pics!
Trafalgar Square, where it all went down!
