So, I'm having a really hard time getting to sleep. Even when I go to bed (kind of) early I still lie there for hours. School starts in a week and I need to start getting up early.
So, I thought I'd ask for some home remedy type stuff. I'm not too keen on the idea of actual sleeping pills and Zach is really against me taking them when he is not around.
so, any thoughts?
