oh Rob, you'd better throw Put-Put in the mix for me, and Aiwen, although it's not a nickname per se.

Also, Jenny's favorite nickname is cum-dumpster, just ask her!

Also, I would like to submit "The Renatinator" for Renato

Jenny would like to heartily disagree. I think "Miss Jenny" or "Jenoodle" are more appropriate. And those are nicknames that actually get used, too.

Put "R-train" for Renato.
And once or twice I have called Chris each of the following: CJ, Christopher Robin, and Skippy. He does not appreciate this.

Do I really show lack of appreciation for those? I don't really remember disliking Skippy. It must have been used as an insult, because I think that's a cool nickname.

I guess I can see why I wouldn't like it, but it's much better than some nicknames. Skippy sounds pretty good when it's next to Cum-dumpster.
