I deleted my xanga. Yes, this update on my xanga status is coming a bit
late...but i did it. There are some feelings of regret over doing this,
but they're most certainly not justified. I never used it anyway.
Besides, i've begun to favor Live Journal as of late anyway.
Well since this is now upgraded stand-in for xanga, i should probably say what i've been up to. I finally got my last paycheck from Target since quiting. It was alot more then i expected which was a REALLY nice surprise. I ended up going out to eat twice on it, Copelands and Chili's, as well as going to Lawerence, i drove myself!, and picking up a couple things at Urban Outfitters.
But i think this weekend is quite possible the best since the school year started. Copelands with Kaytlin and Willa is that main reason why though. It was so amazing. It's this resturant next to the Elephant Bar, which is also amazing, and they serve creole style food...so basically anything found in New Orleans is on the menu. The three of us ended up sitting at the bar because for some reason they seemed to think we were old enough to do so and all of the tables that weren't in the bar section[i'm not sure how to classify those, so yes] were full. We did end up moving to a table by the bar though. Ugh, and the food was so good. I got a "copeland burger' with tiger sause on it and it was on a cresant* and Kaytlin got this really good potato soup and Willa had allegator[it was amazing]. I just want to go back right now!!!! The deserts were the best part though. We got bread pudding and this like seven layer chocolate cake that was just oozing with fudgey goodness. Ugh, it was so amazing. My god, i just want to go back for the cake! But that's pretty much friday night.
Saturday was fun as well. There were last minute plans to go to Passages[gay club place in Westport], but those were dropped by Willa and myself when we realized she wouldn't be able to get home in time and still have time there as well. So we ended up doing what we planned in the first place, going to Chili's. Jesus Christ we eat alot, but only this weekend. But Willa and i went back in the hopes of getting my 'waiter' or some pointless type intention like that. And once again, the food was really good. We both had steaks and they were so good. Uh, but the garlic bread and mash tatters were the best. Hahaha. I think i should begin to worry about becoming part of the obesity epidemic. My life is just one big food reel highlight, or something. But after Chili's it was only like 9:40, so we drove around for ten minutes and ended up at Willa's dad's where we watch "Orgazmo." It was so great! Don't be such a buttlord or i'll call in my stunk cock Jiz Master 0.
But i think today was the most benifitual* in the advancement of my closet. I swear to God i spent FOREVER in Urban Outfitters trying to find something. I eventually found a pair of jeans and like five shirts i liked. I only ended up getting three shirts because that place is so freaking expensive! God damn. I ended up spending $71 just for three shirts. But they're amazing. I found a really neat Bloc Party shirt which i plan to wear tomorrow if it kills me. I think i may go to Oak Park later cause i still have some money left.
Well i'm off to read and watch Music From Another Room[my all time favorite movie aside from About Adam].
