I am pleasantly surprised because thus far I'd not been OVERLY impressed with singles, but wasn't listening too hard. one of those albums that it sneaks up on you until you realise you are playing it again and going "oh good this track again". other things that suprise me:
it's quite varied in mood.
there's a real feeling of accomplishment, where all +ve reviews have been saying "promising" this already sounds to me like much more
it's indie! of sorts. and i haven't liked propre indie in aaages.
there's something in the direction of "muse" progism, but rougher and more varied and exciting going on.

though they and reviewers are falling over themselves to point out distance between rave and this, there is definitely "an element of dance to our music" going on
