Anyone up for a road trip from the Bay Area, CA, across the country sometime between May 11 - June 11? 100% SERIOUS!!! I want to go to Cleveland, and then Detroit, and maybe NYC and Boston too. And whatever else. Maybe you want to be dropped off somewhere along the way? That would be okay, too!
Looking at a calculator, a trip to Cleveland is $545 one way, $1100-ish round-trip. The drive-time is 35 hours, says Google, so...three or four days. My car is full-sized so I can fit like 4 other people.
