I need to be better about keeping up with this. I mem stuff all the time because RL is usually a disaster and my time to read and/or write is very sporadic.
But these fics were just so incredibly awesome and I need to pimp them before they get lost in the day to day bs of my life.

up so floating, many bells down.
The prompt was "I ♥ you.". This fic is just ... guh. She weaves the theme through the series of vignettes so fluidly. Her character motivations, interactions, mannerisms ... all of it is absolutely spot on. We get all the usual suspects with some Reese Boys interaction thrown in for good measure. And Charley. *sniffle* It's happy and sad and tender and harsh and just a damn good read.

Be True.
I love, love, love the execution in this fic. Being the die hard Sarah/Kyle shipper that I am right on the heels of "The Good Wound", I was expecting one conversation and got an entirely different one. Not to blow it for people who haven't read it yet, but it's a lovely little piece that says so much about the humanity behind people who have to make the tough calls. And love. It says a lot about love in all its many forms.
This one wasn't for the Candy Hearts, but another Good Wound coda ...

Under the Influence.
For anyone who felt robbed by Sarah's oh-so-speedy recovery between "The Good Wound" and "Desert Cantos", Caroline fills in a lot of the gaps. It's got a gritty realism that fits perfectly in the T:SCC universe. And a heavily drugged Sarah making certain confessions she wouldn't normally be making. Derek in this story is beyond fabulous.

Conclusions of a Champion Lip Reader.
There's not a lot of levity to be found in T:SCC. Even in fandom. So this one is a gem both because it's an awesome story AND because it's an awesome story that doesn't make you want to open up a vein afterwards. There is some much needed humor (set during Desert Cantos even!) and beautiful use of Cameron's observations and thoughts.
There are others, but I'm running out of time so this will have to do for now. GO. READ. LEAVE FEEDBACK!
