Almost sure I've commented before but I'm re-reading so I think i'll toss in some cents again.

I really love the conversations in this. These are conversations I want our beloved characters to have. I want someone to know who Sarah used to be and what happened to that girl. I want to know if she's a little embarassed to have been the silly girl with teased hair or if she mourns the loss of that girl.

I want them to acknowledge a bit how strange it is to have the brother of a ghost around.

And I want Derek to know a bit more about Kyle's lfe and death.

I loved that he challenged her being in love with Kyle after two days. I loved that he assumed it was longer.

Oh and I really loved that Sarah cocked her gun at him when he tried to come into her room. So Sarah.

Yeah, one of the things I love the most about Sarah is one of the things that I also find the most frustrating ... she's so self-contained. We the audience obviously know everything she's been through, but I never really get the feeling that anyone in the T:SCC universe understands. John may know the bare facts, but I don't think he's in any position to really embrace the magnitude of the changes she experienced.

Anyway, yeah, I wanted to have Sarah address some of that directly, even if she would hate herself for it in the morning. ;)

I think this is my favourite fic. I'm not sure because I really love them all but this one... I don't know, beats them all.

It's painful, it's honest, it's hot, it's intense... I love the misunderstandings and Derek's reaction. I love that Sarah finally shares her fears and past. I love everything.
You are truly gifted.
