- I don't like how the text is placed and the colouring is a bit too reddish
- Low contrast, font doesn't fit and is placed oddly
- the crop could be better, it looks slightly over-sharpened in the microphone area

- The face and background sort of look spotty. Maybe a touch of blurring would help

- the squared texture is irritating and along with the repeated image and the text makes the icon too busy
- It just feels very confusing
- the texture is a little distracting and with the text positioned where it is, the duplication of images is unclear
- The grid texture takes away from the icon
- The texture is kinda of distracting
- The coloring is too saturated with one color and makes the icon seem flat. Also the texture you used doesn't really work with the photo
- the black outline on the txt makes it harder to read
