Myosin and Actin cause muscle fibers to shorten!
okay so yesterday was a good day!
School was pretty cool
afterwards I hung out with Nick and Holden these 2 guys from my new school.
Then I went home and Jackee & Joey came over and we chilled and smoked and my mommy was being mean
and wouldn't go buy us zig zags and I refused to smoke outta foil or can or any of that sheet so we smoked out
of an apple!
Today I plan to hang out with Jeremy Dukeface after school and possibly Bill & Joey.
I have to pack tonight too.
My flight is tommarow night and Im coming back Monday morning which is my birthday
any ideas on what I should do for my birthday?
