Yuffie and Benny had to go get Eva and Cristoff on Friday but they didn't come home til today. I was really getting worried 'cause it shouldn't have taken them so long to just go there and pick them up, but Yuffie came to see me when they got back and explained why it did. Eva's dad ratted her out to the mob or something and they had to rescue her. Yuff says she looks terrible and he's pretty pissed about it. I guess he and Cristoff blew up the building they had her in after Benny got her out. Man, the way Yuffie is about protecting Benny, I'm surprised he let her help at all. I'm just happy Yuffie is back and everyone is safe.
On Saturday we had the memorial at Ralph's. I had wanted to go with Yuffie, but since he wasn't back I went with Iz. It was better than I thought it was going to be. I mean, it was cool to get together with everyone again, but it was also kinda sad. We got to see the video Andrew made during it, that was probably the coolest thing. He did a really good job with it. I talked to him for a little while, it surprised me but I kinda miss hanging out with the little geek. We had fun even in a bad situation when we were all staying at Eva and Cristoff's. I told him to call me sometime and maybe we could do a Star Wars marathon or something.
Ralph played the good host during the memorial. He made his rounds, made sure we all had what we needed. He even asked me where Yuffie was without hitting on me, but considering the circumstances I'd of been more surprised if he did. He's got a new bartender, I noticed. She seems nice but I don't think she gets all this apocalypse stuff, I don't even think she's been here long. It's obvious she's from New York, she's got a major accent going on. Well, if she sticks around she'll find out sooner or later, I guess.
