65... Clerks... dvd... I didn't really like this film, yes it had funny parts, but I don't get the cult following it has. 1/5
66...Dead Man ... dvd... An brilliant cinemographic film and story. Johnny Depp follows his quest, but flees from the law as he's fingered for a crime he doesn't commit. Visually and verbally poetic. 4/5
67... Schulte Gets the Blues... dvd... Some of the criticism of this film was that it's slow-moving, but that didn't distract me... it enhanced what the character's experienced as he just reached retirement. But something was unsettled inside him, and a trip he is selected to go on becomes a greater journey to fulfill his music curiosity. 4/5
68... Downtown 81... dvd... the story follows Jean Michel Basquiat in the early 80's New York City as his carrer just begins to develop. I enjoyed the music and NYC locations, but the dialog was very stiff and rigid... too scripted. 3/5

69... Brick... dvd... I'm starting with my rating first::: 5/5 This indie film noir never made it to my local theater screen, I looked for it weekly. I knew it was a gem, and I'm right!!! The unconventional dialog (its obscure & invented terminology makes it uniQue in itself) never lost me, I found it intruiguing and captivating. A high school outsider, Brendan Frye, gets an uncharacteristic sort of warning phone call from his ex-girlfriend, and soon he finds her body. He knows foul play is involved, and doesn't want to go to the authorities because he needs to find out for himself the how's & why's she got involved into something that wasn't usual for her. Frye is a dude of his word, and his words and mind are swift. Determined is a word that well describes Frye. He has "the Brain" help him, as he navigates through the different cliques to get to the source. But is he on the right track? A MUST-SEE film... go rent it!!! now.

70...From Hell ... dvd... Johnny Depp portrays a detective assigned to Jack The Ripper's murder spree. The detective uses his psychic abilities, but the murders continue, and the suspense mounts as truth nears. 3/5
71... Pee-Wee's Big Adventure... dvd... Director Tim Burton's detailing are astounding... Pee-Wee's bike is stolen and he gets information on eactly where it is... so he goes to find it. But the info isn't quite accurate. Along the way he encounters several situations in which his search redirects him. His humor and antics are really funny. 3/5
