Yup. 'Cause the air is so cold, the rain freezes into snow.

It's usually a lot more fun if you have a jacket. You're gonna get frostbite if you stay out in this too long.

It's when your skin gets too cold--usually your fingers, toes, and nose at first. They go numb and start to hurt when you begin thawing out later.
