I should get one of those accomplished pictures
Or at least one that looks accomplished. I never bothered with the mood themes and now that I feel like one, it turns out I've got a pink cat staring at a laptop. How's supposed to represent accomplishment? At the very least, the cat should strike a pose on the laptop while the laptop's owner fetches the cat some food.
Anyhow, the thing I'm feeling accomplished about is that I finally submitted my manuscript (about seven months overdue) and it is now off to two other authors in the author pool for comments. I'm not entirely happy about the last chapter -- there were a few more topics I wanted to address -- but I don't have the time any time soon to work on that. So I figured I'd submit the manuscript and fix the problem I see in it, when someone points it out.
Also have strange feelings of accomplishment at work. For some reason, when I finish a manual, I feel it's nearly four o'clock. Even when it's only eleven.
