Good Heavens. That was... nothing short of marvellous. The nuances of the conversation were spot on, as was the characterisation. I mean to say, all of Dahlia's affectionate little -isms, and Bertie's awkward self-confidence as a result of being loved... The emotions were captured so well. I can't wait to hear what sort of conversation transpires between D. and J.

Wow, I wasn't expecting a comment so quickly! I was just doing my usual belated check for typos. I just adjusted the formatting to make it easier to read, so sorry you had to go through it when it was still a mess.

Glad you liked it. This was rather the opposite to the first part, I just realised - almost entirely dialogue, whereas part one had barely any. I feel like there should be a little more in part one and a little less in part two!

So, so glad you liked it. I'm almost done with part three - it's quite a bit shorter, though.

Oh, I quite enjoyed the contrast. It served to kind of emphasise the difference between Dahlia's discovery and her acceptance. Can't wait for more!

Delightful! I especially love Bertie's reactions. He should take this matter seriously, and I'm glad you wrote it that way. I love this: ‘Because you look a mess. You have that dreamy, far-away look about you. I bet you can scarcely keep your hands off each other.’

‘I say, really, please!’ He was blushing furiously.

I love how he tried to 'protect' Jeeves at the end of the story. I'll be glad to see the next chapter!
