Yet Another Lost Fic Request...

Somewhere back in the last year, I remember reading an excellent fic where Bertie is an elderly man in a nursing home who barely speaks to anyone. Jeeves comes to visit. The narrator watches them for a minute, and Jeeves says something like, "it's time to go home, sir". They go into Bertie's room, Jeeves has vanished and Bertie is dead.

Does this ring any bells? I've been searching for it all over and can't find it!
