SO! Cindy entered into the world of regex in her language and computers class. It's SO NEAT! Seriously...I was geeking out quite a bit. I think I need to take a few programming classes. The teacher created programs to give us examples of stuff she's been talking about (not just today) and I'm just utterly fascinated! So, yes, the title is fun with regex.
I SHOULD be working on getting my linguistics reading done right now. I SHOULD be looking over my chem lab so I don't forget what I did. I SHOULD be practicing because I have to play for Dr. Hanna tomorrow. I AM chatting online and playing with regex. Sad? Indeed.
So, all my crazy decision making for the semester is done. I'm officially a full time student, taking three linguistics classes (fundamentals, vulgar english, and language and computers), a chem lab (it's fun! I just don't like the writeups) and band.
I love all my classes honestly, I don't think this has EVER happened. Seriously, band is my LEAST favorite, and I still really like it. I think it's good that I have this semester. And adding this LIN class I have to catch up, so I'm not bored, and have plenty of work to do.
I start teaching the massive UT classes at work on Sunday, I'm actually really excited! The class is already full, at least the beginning class. So yeah, this will be fun! I SHOULD get to sleep early tonight, going to see a hockey game tomorrow!! I'm SO excited!
And now...I should get some reading done.
