Boba Fetts, Browncoats & Hobbits... oh my! Again!
Yeah I know it's been a loooong time since my last entry. Sorry. Been real busy & when I'm not busy, I sleep. There's not been a whole lot going on 'til this past weekend anyway. I've just been keeping the kids & worrying about my family alot (they all live in Florida & have been slammed with hurricaines for the past couple of weeks.)
Anyway, Stacey & I just returned yesterday from our second year at Dragon*Con & WHEEEEE! What a great time we had! We got down there Friday night & met up with Kristen again (Hi sweetie! Kisses!) & we are ABSOLUTELY exhausted & my knees hurt reeeeally badly from stomping around non-stop for about 19 hours in some crazy-ass boots on Saturday, but it was totally worth it.
Squeeee! We got to meet Cap'n Tightpants himself, Mr. Nathan Fillion &...Oh. My. God. If you thought he was beautiful on the show....mutiply that by like... a gazillion. He's also one of the funniest people in existance. 'Nuff said. We also got to meet the very sweet & very beautiful (& very tiny!) Jewel Staite & Adam Baldwin was also there (I didn't meet him, but Stacey sorta did though!) We went to all their panels & laughed our asses off. They were sooo grateful for our all being there & supporting them & very gracious as whenever anyone would ask questions at the panel on Sunday, they were giving out little pressies like candid polaroids from the set & set props & OH! We got to see the trailer (WOO HOO!) & some other super secret stuff that no one else has seen yet & HOLY CRAP I CAN'T WAIT FOR 'SERENITY' TO COME OUT IN APRIL!!!

Ok, so anyway, we got the privilege of hanging out with Garrett Wang (Ens. Harry Kim from ST: Voyager) & his lovely girlfriend at the bar Saturday night. We had a couple drinkies, smoked some ciggies & visited a bunch. Garrett looks HOOOOT. He has this long hair thing going on that is just.... YUM!
We got to meet Margot Kidder, Erin Gray & Richard Hatch & Dee Wallace Stone, too. We brought home some pressies & also got some free shite (yay for free stuff & thank you Matt!) The whole weekend was just awesome. I really hope to go back again next year!
My only regret was that I hardly took any pictures at all (my digital camera sucks) but Stacey took some & hopefully she'll share them with me.
Well I hope that's enough of an update for now. I'm so tired & I'm going to go catch up with some more sleep. Gotta get back to sucky RL tomorrow.
