the room is decently sized.. being an amazon I know I could live comfortably in there.
walls are painted a dark-ish blue. 3 windows, closet.
rent is split 3ways.. about $584/mo each. +utils.
you'd need to come up with 1st and security.
free laundry in the basement!
The apartment is the 3rd floor of a beautiful victorian in Somerville.
3min walk to the Market Basket, about 10min walk to Union sq.
living room, dining room (with foozball table!) kitchen, pantry, large back porch!1 bathroom w/claw foot tub. :)
storage in basement and in the barn.. yes! there is a small barn!
I have a very cute and loving.. and a little bit silly 9y/o cat. so cats are ok, caged/tanked animals obviously ok too.
but, sorry... no dogs.
am I forgetting anything?
