you have got to see it--I had thought this season's later episode might suffer from the usual end of season adrenaline rush because of all the crazy things that happened earlier on, but man oh man was I wrong to worry.

I just didn't really like season 3 in general. It felt stale to me. And I was pissed that they killed off Doakes in season 2. Just feel like that's something that should've waited until the end of the series, Doakes was hilarious, and the only one who really saw something strange in Dexter (until now, anyway, with Quinn).

Anyhoo, let me know what you've thought about this season!

I saw it last night and it was pretty awesome- I had a few omgg moments. Gotta say the whole Rita-cheating storyline is kinda lame though. I am intrigued about Trinity and his family though...gotta see how it plays out!

I def agree with how season 2 storyline should have waited for the end...though it was so awesome I cant say i minded them doing it early! Season 2 was my fav, though season 3 is my least fav by far. I didn't really like Miguel too much.

My only issues with this season are why all of a sudden Arthur's kids are insane when even in private before with Dexter they acted like he was awesome (though i could see why, i dont really agree with it) and why there was never a mention of whats-her-face reporter as his daughter before. Though I guess that will be explained next week.

On another note, I like Angel/LaGuerta though I can't see it ending well.

I think you really have to start wondering if Trinity has multiple personalities at this point. He's got this super duper secret daughter who apparently shot Lundy and Debb, and clearly she did it for him. Soooo...after everything that's happened, is it plausible that he doesn't know who "Kyle" really is? If not, why did he go to reporter-daughter-bitch with such a dire look on his face? It was almost as if to say, "All right, I've let this go too far. Time to wrap things up."

But honestly, some of the things that Trinity has done seem so genuine. Like not being able to kill the animal--he seemed shocked at the idea, really sad about it. So is EVERYTHING a facade, or is he just switching between evil killer personality and loving father personality? Soooo happy with this season.
