Its this and the that I just learned that the iPhone will not accept incoming picture texts (seriously wtf) is why I keep telling myself that I dont want an iPhone. Also fake gps.

Of course I still really want one...

But im gona hold out for the Gphone...maybe...

Yeah, the fake GPS isn't as good as real GPS, but it's still neat. And makes up for the lack of GPS.

As for incoming picture texts... eh. I really could care less.

I gave in on mine, and I'm chained to it for 2 years, but after that, I'll probably go with a gPhone and switch back to T-Mobile, if she'll have me back.

GPS and picture text are not real reasons to not want it, just the excuses that I keep telling myself why I dont want it.

Oh, I know. I'm well aware of the "well, but it's not PERFECT, just more so than everything else" arguement.

And like I said, I love it. It's absolutely wonderful as a phone/device. It's just such a shame that the service it's chained to sucks so much ass.

That's why I just bought a cheap Motorola flip phone and stuck with T-Mobile prepaid. I'm hoping the Gphones will do everything I want, without having to compromise on the network services. I suppose I could buy the iPhone and hack the SIM to work on T-Mobile, but in a few months, I presume, there will be no need.
