For some reason I feel shattered and its Sunday. Went to the gym every weekday; as well as the cross trainer I seem to have added the rowing machine to my daily routine and several of my colleagues have commented that it looks like I have lost some weight. Work itself has been busy and was in the office on Saturday for some test exercises. Not sure I added that much or even learned much, but that has a lot in common with the 3 others guys in Europe, but we did eat a lot of Thai food and watched rugby on the office plasma. On the health side saw the dentist on Tuesday where they decided despite the x-ray not to do any work and see how things go (the sense of relief was massive). Thursday was a trip to the physio, lots of back pain to deal with it, some of it down to the exercise and using muscles that have been long dormant and some it down to the loss weight/exercise is improving my posture and part of down it to the fact she can get deeper into the tissue and deal with some of the deep down issues. On the social side I went out for some birthday drinks for Chris (winolj) and Thursday there was a work Karaoke evening, safe to say we will not be releasing a record any time soon, because of work the weekend has been a bit of a wash out.
Next week is looking a bit more fun, not too much on. I am off on Friday and am going to this
