16 oz of soy milk - 4 pts
2tbsp of whipped cream cheese - 1pts
In case it's not obvious, I've started a diet of a sort. Weight Watcher's points system. I'm not official but I have copies of the book from a co-worker & 2 Droid apps to help out. Maybe I can do this. My health keeps deteriorating & I may need lap band surgery but at least this way I've done it myself some too.
