Holy Crap...
Wowww. I haven't updated in like...close to a year. Yikes. Anyway, let's see Tina told me to get my butt on here last time I saw her. So here I am.
Man, painting was so weird today :/ I painted this boy and girl kissing and the guy has a gun to his head, and the caption reads, "Play Russian Roulette While We Kiss". Its a lyric from a Senses Fail song, and it gives me this really strong image in my head. Anyway, Gaudnek kinda flipped haha. He said it was very "disturbing". But then he couldn't stop talking about it...He even told me not to bring it back to class. Which my friend Paola rolled her eyes at. Honestly, its not like I'm telling kids to go makeout and play a gun game. But it was in my head, so I had to paint it. Its pretty hilarious though b/c he's always telling us not to be 'nice' in our work. And then he couldn't stop comparing the last few people's stuff to my painting. Like my friend Andy went after and he did this pretty pastel colored piece, and Gaudnek was like, "See, this is too NICE! Not like Leah's! Her's is disturbing, but I keep thinking about it!" Haha. So I guess I got something achieved...even if I can no longer bring it to class...O_o
Hmm....I asked a boy out the other day. I don't know what possessed me, but I just had to do it. I'd seen him a few times before...and I just thought he looked so cool. And he actually said yes. It was *completely* random and it was my first time actually doing that. So yay me. His name is Josh. We hung out at this sweet coffee place by school. I *think* I've been there once before...but the setup was completely different. So now I don't know. But yeah, I think we had a good time. Hopefully he'll ask me out next time? Who knows. He seems like someone I could actually like though. We have quite a bit in common.
Man, I'm so bummed b/c my cousin and her best friend are going to Halloween Horror Nights this Friday...but Mon is working so we can't go. Well, I could go, but its sort of our thing to go each year. This'll be the first year we don't all go together though. Paola asked me to go with her, her boyfriend, and some of their work buddies. So, we'll see if Monica has to work on that day as well. Hopefully not. Olga asked me about a different day though...so I'm really confused.
I am ALSO quite bummed b/c I didn't get tickets to see MCR!!!! >_< I'm so sad about that b/c this is their first time headlining and I bet the tour would've been awesome. Monica and I always go to our shows together, and she was asking for the day off from work and stuff, but then she went to England and now that she's back tickets have sold out. Sucks so bad. No Mikey or Gee :( Fall Out Boy is like a week before...but we didn't get tickets to that either. *sigh* I guess its for the best...that way I won't miss my Animation class. LAME.
I think Mon and I are going to do an outing so we can get KC and Ray together. That might be a little weird. I don't really want any part in it...but Ray is a cool guy and he *does* like his redheads. KC is a bit stiff sometimes though...
Annnnyway, I think I have updated enough. I'll try to get back into it...but don't I always say that? ;)
