A new day

I wish that I could voice post my daily conversations with Connie here, it would make LJ-ing much easier vis a vis telling people about life, or just general reflections on life.

Right, so I stumbled upon a really cool band. They're called Weepers Circus, and while I hate to post French bands two days in a row.. they're good. They do a lot with the clarinet, and it ends up sounding very dark sometimes. The introduction to this particular song sounds like part of the soundtrack from Banjo Kazooie.. the part where you're in the pumpkin zone. The place where it's a haunted house. (Somebody will know what I'm talking about). In any event, I couldn't find Banjo Kazooie anywhere, but here is the link for Weepers Circus, Un Revenant (A Ghost)

Oh and the link for the Banjo Kazooie Intro is

I think the links might not auto-play anymore (annoying!) so you'll have to click on the song in the box to the right.

I got a call from these crazy kids from West Essex I knew from FBLA last night and ended up randomly going to the Landmark and chilling with them. It was pretty fun, I really appreciated that they called me up, and also that my mom was like "Yeah sure, whatever, I'll drive you there and back."

Samurai Sushi opened in Livingston last night and my mom and I were some of the first patrons. It was a soft opening (no like ads in the papers or big announcement, just opening) so there were a lot of friends and family of the place there. We were two of about 4 white people, so we had the waiters coming over just about every 5 seconds asking us how we were. Pretty funny. The food was good but not stellar, a bit overpriced too. I'd go there for lunch but that's about it.

School tommorrow, oh well.
