Productively Unproductive Day...
I didn't go into San Antonio for Church today. It was raining like crazy in the morning as I was about to leave...thunder, lightning, the whole nine yards. I called B.'s sister at the last minute, and said I think it'd be best not to make the drive today. I think it was for the best, anyway, because I was hormonal, and tired, and feeling "blah-ish".
I went back to bed until 1, and it had stopped raining so hard by that time. I intended to just lazy around with the kitties all day, but I found out a magazine I'd been waiting for was out today (Take a wild guess what/who it pertains to! lol) so I figured I'd go Walmarting.
Well Walmart was PACKED today, and they didnt have the magazine I wanted, so I left without getting the other few food items I needed. The lines were too long to bother. I guess it's officially the commercial-xmas season. I'll go food shopping on a weekday (probably tomorrow).
I headed over to Hastings (Its like a "Newbury Comics meets Borders", for my Bostonian friends) top see if they had the magazine...which they didn't, but it wasn't a wasted trip! My video I had special ordered had come in (Thanks for leaving a message when it came in, Lametard!), and I also got Sister Hazel's (my fav group) new cd. I even checked out the used cd's and got two of their old ones for 5.99 each! Booyah! I only have eggs for breakfast/lunch/dinner tonight, but I've got lots of kick-ass music to appease my appetite. lol
