Lately I've been scared into running to God for protection. There have been a heap of frightening coincidences that have me left wondering about, and afraid of, the existence of demons. And as far as I'm concerned, if I believe in demons, I must also believe in God

If you believe in a devil, then it only follows that you believe in something opposite like a god.
If you believe demons are all devils, then it follows that you beilve in something oppsoite like gods.
All that aside, why do demon type creatures disturb your sense of monochotomousness? Much like people, non-corporial entities can be good for you or bad for you depending on a basic nature or time of interaction. For example, if I wander down a dark alley looking vulnerable but rich, I should not be surprised that a couple of young roughs wish to deprive me of some of my cash. If I go swimming in shark infested water and move like a turtle , I should not be surprised if a shark wants to take a bite. If I am astral travelling without some kind of ward up and bump into a hungry energy entity, I should not be surprised that it wants a snack. Does this make it evil? No.
That also doesn't mean it isn't. It just fails to prove anything is my point. The existence of a god does not proven either. Calling on "god" may raise your own ability to defend, or call on divine intervention. Again, no proof.
The existence of demon like entities only proves that caution should be taken in your travels. Much like choosing not to go down that dark alley, not swimming in shark infested waters like a turtle, or astral traveling without a ward.

The thought of anyone astralling without some sort of protection is laughable, as in I hope something eats enough of your aura to keep you from doing this until you wise up a little more. (I can say this because it happened to me.)
I took a look at your journal - neat. Mind if I friend you?
