If you have the chance to see this rare, hilarious film, then please do. Granted, it is almost 2 1/2 hours long and pretty all over the place, but it is worth it. His physical comedy is expert and his expressions are full of energy. He wrote, directed, and acted in this tour de force of italian cinema. Fuck you, Felini. No, I kid. I am sorry Felini. I didn't mean it.
Favorite scene: When he gives himself a shot in the bum in the middle of a cafe. OR the monk scene.
Favorite line: "it was not the first time he had thrown himself off a balcony."
