Retreats
WE have had 3 retreats since Friday! And they have all been wonderful! It's been amazing the way God is working and its so awesome to be a part of it. WE had a retreat on Friday, Saturday and then last night (WEdnesday) That one was really interesting because we had 6 girls going down to the church at first and then Dave, Dan, and Garrett were going to come halfway through the retreat. And so we did the survey sheets and Talk 1 and Talk 2 first. And there were about 38 14 year olds there. They were all about that age. And I had to group lead with a group of guys! That was so much fun because they are sooooooooooo much less tight then the girls are! And I mean, the talk sheets and stuff that had structure like that didn't go over that well and they certainly didn't take it as seriously as girl do but they were still a lot of fun! We had just ridden down there in Mrs. Vandercar's private van and Sus, Sarah, Jul, Tara, Leah and I were the ones who had gone. And on the way back we sang the whole hour and a half! We sang the WYD theme song, all sorts of Disney songs and then we put in a Chris Tomlin CD and then a couple other worship CD's and sang the whole time! It was awesome!
