Comics that don't suck
I see this come up in comments on open thread Fridays and stuff, but can we collect a list of comics that don't completely fail at dealing with anyone who isn't an able straight cis white man in this post? Bonus points if DC didn't publish it. Fuck those guys. Webcomics count.
I know I usually recommend Sandman by Neil Gaiman (though I suppose that is Vertigo) and... sadly I have a feeling that's all I have on my shelf at home that is especially great in this regard. Personally I really liked the women in Scott Pilgrim but I know that comic is a massive YMMV thing for a lot of people.
ETA: Any sequential art recs are good - so manga definitely counts too!
