I had my Math final tonight. I'd gone over to Sarah's earlier to study. It wasn't planned, but I needed help, and she was home, and we helped each other out quite a bit. I went to class, the final stared at 8, but I guess people went in early and started. It felt a little awkward walking in there with people all quiet taking tests. It's my first real final. We also had to hand in our last chapter test. Because of changes made due to them scheduling class the day before Thanksgiving, our last test became a take-home one, and we were to bring it to the final. I missed one question and got a 95 on the test.
As for the final, I missed one question and got a 97. It was totally awesome of him to grade them there for us. He also calculated our semester grades for us if we waited around. I have a 95.7% A!!!! With my A- in English and A in my summer Math class, that makes me a straight-A student!! And I thought I couldn't do anything straight. HA!
I'm quite proud of myself. Keri's proud of me also, as are my grandparents. I didnt' tell anyone else. My mother can wait to hear it whenever I decide to tell her.
So school's done until January 12th. Oh, and I got my holiday work schedule... I'm OFF Christmas Eve, OFF Christmas Day, Open 7am-4pm New Year's Eve, and OFF New Year's Day! How do I rate? I won't know what to do with myself, but I'm quite looking forward to it.
I've enjoyed my break from work, though I didn't get as much quilting done as I'd hoped. I'll take it one block at a time and should be done within two weeks, in time for Christmas. We haven't set a soid due date for this round yet, and I know there's one or two people who won't be done until January sometime, so it's all good. I need to get around and decide which block I want for my other Utah Round Robin. It's all so very exciting.
Anyway, I must be off... Keri is waiting. No more homework keeping me up past bedtime!!!
