For Sookie (Late November)

Nov 28, 2011 01:19

Sitting herself on the floor in front of the clothes box was a decision she had already come to regret. There was no possible way she was getting up on her own. Had she been alone, she would've been stuck there until some kind stranger walked by and took pity on her.

Luckily, she wasn't.

On the floor beside her, were neat stacks of baby clothes. Tiny rompers and snapsuits, little frilly socks and diaper covers and tiny dresses. Holding up a fleece one-piece for, complete with hood sporting over-sized monkey ears, Nina arched a brow at Sookie and asked, "Do you think it might bruise George's ego a bit if we put her in this?"

Her lips twitched, fighting back a smile.
