Your coloring has gotten way more distinctive it's nice. Your cropping style hasn't changed much but that's cool i like your icons.

Not really my first icons in my icon-comm, bcs my first login was banned (due some really unpleasant events) and all posts was deleted, but this icons are still dated September-October 2005, so I think time gasp is more than enough (yeap, I'm doing icons for almost five years ^___^ dinosaur of Russian iconmaking)

i think you've still got space to improve but the colouring def got better. you might want to like try a bit of shading on manga icons it brings up the colours better
and the cropping is getting better
