I (hopefully) start at CCS in the Fall. This should prove to be interesting enough...as my life has felt more than drab lately. My Boston/Maine trip fell through. Damn the man.
I bought an amazing and beautiful car a few days ago. It's a 93' Ford Mustang, hatchback. It's great on gas, has TONS of room and is super pretty. Not only is it in fantastic condition, but trying to find a car in Michigan with no rust....is virtually impossible. Well, let me clarify that. Trying to find a car in Michigan with no rust, AND with a $3000.00 budget....is virtually impossible. But I did it. This car, I think, will stick around for quite sometime.
After some thinking and thoughtful deliberation, I've decided to be Vegan. I've been a vegetarian for over a year now, so this just feels right. Now, I'm a huge lover of all things cheese, so please excuse me for saying that I MISS GOOD FOOD. I will absolutely not back down from my new stance, but being Vegan is a lot harder than just giving up meat. Every Vegan out there has my utmost respect.
I have been able to dive right into cooking, pretty much everyday. The only restaurant in town Lee and I can eat at is Panda (who happens to have the BEST Tofu/Veg Lo Mein) so we're stuck grocery shopping for new and exciting menu ideas. I must say though, I've never felt better.
