This is Raul Creed from the anime Ergo Proxy. Dream can know everything he wants from him, because Raul Creed falls right under Dream's realm, in the sense that he is a dreamer in canon, and a planner.
His Raison d'Etre is Pino, is AutoReiv daughter (AutoReiv is an AI robot, and Pino is a companion model, meaning she looks like and acts like a child). All of his ifo is on his journal. He's dead in canon, killed by being pushed onto a broken glass shard by a passing AutoReiv. He doesn't have dreams a lot, but when he does, it's about his daughter and Vincent Law, who fucked his life up, or so he thinks. It was really Proxy One, but looked like Vincent, so. He also has dreams about his wife and new son dying in a mall, and he was unable to do anything to stop it. Then again, he never really loved his wife, Samantha Ross, so. He also sees Yosuke Hanamura as his dead son, in Siren's Pull. He dreams about that mostly.
Dream can bring up anything and everything, though Raul would prefer if anything emotional not be brought up to the public. He likes the cold hearted unemotional bastard face he puts up a lot.
