OMG SO HOT. Somehow the thought of Arthur smoking is shockingly hot because he's so impeccable otherwise that this one slightly dishevelled trait just makes him so much hotter. And the image of Eames blowing him while he smokes is so priceless, srsly. Pure aesthetic genius.
