Because Everyone Needs a Vacation

Yes, yes yes... I am finally getting my butt outta Hong Kong for the weekend. I have not had a proper weekend off in almost the whole seven months I have been here, so I am going to where everyone's cell phones cannot reach me, bwahah! I *think* that the house that I am staying at has internet... I am about 90% sure. If so, I will be veryvery available to chat/post/whatever because I will be on my computer almost the entirety of my vacation as I am revamping the first half of my novel during this weekend (hopefully).

Oh, and I'd love to ask a question of people (esp. parents) that is regarding my novel

In the fantasy novel that I have written, there is a main character who discovers that she is the illegitimate child of the man she knew to be her father and a slave (of another race). Without going into detail of the plot, it is important that she be a half blood.. I started writing this novel 4 years ago and at that point I was planning on making it for the 15-20 age group, but now I have decided to go with 12-18ish, which means that there could possibly be children as young as 9 or so reading my book. Now, do you think that the illegitimacy and adultery thing, even when it is not much talked about, is just too harsh for that age group? I have recently been toying with several other options that I could do, but since this has been in my heart for so long, I figure'd I check and see if I was over-reacting about or under-reacting.

Thanks ^^;

<3 and stir fry!
