ETA: Round 5 will still be closed at 3,000 comments, despite the fact that we have this FFAPAP in place. We're trying to determine whether having a companion discussion post is effective in curbing OT discussions within the prompt post itself, or whether people still prefer conversing in the prompt post. If this tandem thing works, the limit may be raised back up to 5,000 comments.
