Arthur/Eames Jail!Bait *Found*
One of the most distinctive things about this story was that Eames was portrayed as a predator...
Anyway! Eames is a teacher at Arthur's school. One day, somehow... they end up at Eames' house, Arthur in a completely non-sexual, kinda embarrassed way, takes off his shirt, and his back is covered in open wounds from where his parents beat him. I don't think it was for being gay, I think it was just "in case" he'd done something bad (I think), and Eames is like, we'll totally do legal action against your parents, and I'll take you in. Internally he's totally thinking evil evil thoughts though.
And then... he says something about how Arthur can totally tell Eames all his secrets, and sort of pressures him into admitting that he wants to kiss Eames....
I don't remember if there was any more... though I hope there is!
