[Found!] Arthur/Eames, James Bond crossover

I'm looking for a fic where Eames is James Bond's brother. It's been a while since I read it, but I think M sent James to rescue Eames and take him home to recuperate (not sure if it was a physical hurt or an emotional trauma, possibly both?)
