Arthur/Eames or Gen, Eames crying & Arthur Teasing

I'm not certain this fic actually exist in the fandom but I'm trying anyway. Because it seems pretty strange it doesn't... I probably just don't know where to look.
Well, I have a craving for a fic that features Eames crying - possibly using Tom Hardy's Kleenex commercial as an ispiration - and Arthur teases him about that (and maybe gets a little concerned for real).
It must be out there.
