[FOUND] Arthur/Eames, Arthur taking care of Eames after dream trauma?
I remember Ariadne and Saito helping Arthur to find Eames after he was taken under and killed over and over again in a dream. Eames wakes up traumatized and terrified of pretty much everything. He resents feeling weak and calls himself pathetic.
Arthur and Eames stay in Paris for a while near Ariadne, who comes by to help cook and hang out with Eames.
Eventually, Eames and Arthur go and stay with Cobb for a while and Eames plays with Phillipa and James, who are gentle with him after what they went through with Mal.
Oh, and naturally Arthur and Eames get together; Arthur starts the beginning wondering why he feels so protective, sharing a bed with Eames and all, then realizes his feelings.
Super whump-y but I've scoured my entire ao3 history looking for it and can't find it. Now it's become a personal challenge.
