Searching for Arthur/Eames story where they encounter Eames HIV/AIDS infected ex

All I remember about this one is Arthur and Eames walking down a street (I think) possibly on a job. And they run into Eames ex who cheated on him and he keeps apologising for cheating. Eames wasn't infected and actually looked after his ex for awhile. I think have these details right and haven't imagined the story. I hope someone can help.
