Arthur is a selkie?

I swear I read a story where Arthur is a selkie and Eames is a fisherman (lobsterman?)... ao3 only has one selkie Inception fic, and that's not it (that one has Eames as the selkie).

Did I imagine this fic? Can anyone help?
