FOUND: Arthur/Eames, Arthur isn't smart

I'm looking for a specific fic where Eames thinks Arthur is as brilliant as most people in the dream share business, but it turns out that Arthur has average level intelligence. Before Eames realizes this, he woos Arthur by quoting Shakespeare or trying to have philosophical debates with him. Arthur doesn't realize that, and thinks Eames is either rejecting him or just being strange. There was a specific scene I remember that Arthur was playing Angry Birds on his phone or tablet, and Eames realized then that Arthur wasn't the brilliant man that he'd assumed he was. Anyway, at the end, Eames realizes that he still loves Arthur and that being smarter doesn't make the person better.
