Found! Eames feels guilty and it effects his ability to dream
I need assistance in finding a fic, but it's been a while so my recollection is pretty vague. I think the premise is: Eames feels responsible for an accident Arthur got into where lost a limb (and maybe needed a prosthetic? I might be mixing fics here), and the guild manifests and somehow impairs his ability to dream. I remember that it was Eames-centric.
